I flew with jetstar the weekend that has just passed. I used my physical card on the plane to order a drink for my partner and I. I was notified the next day that another charge had been submitted by jetstar without my card being present which is very strange. I reported to my bank straight away and am waiting on a response.
I just found a debit to my card from beginning of this year for $13 and have no clue as to this amount?
Was a scam. Jetstar confirmed. Luckily I had no balance and transaction was declined. I highly suggest you cancel card and contact Jetstar chat with screenshot.
Two $13 charges a few weeks after flying with Jetstar. Jetstar don’t know what it is. Cancelled card. Assuming card details retained when purchasing entertainment.
