I''ve noticed this on my bank statement it''s not authorised by me so I will contact Santander to claim it back. Taken 3rd Jan 2021.
I have had this on mystaement twice. I have absolutely NO IDEA who or what this outfit is. I contacted my Bank and had them investigate. No result to date.
Have noticed this on my Barclaycard statement as pending for several days. Has now gone through as groceries. Cannot trace it. I get 99.9% of groceries via Asda. Certainly haven't ordered any extras recently. Please advise. Rosemary Suggate.

I have also had £48.50 taken from my account twice and I although i have had 1 refund so far, I am still waiting for the second refund. i have also advised my bank to stop paying them, but I have not received any help in that regard as they say they have my details and will continue to access my account - how do you stop this going forward?
My bank advised me ot contact them direct and gave me the email address: support@ekmal4.com Received email today without need for bank to intervene. Hope this helps It is a gambling website and the subscription is £48.50 a month
