I can not cancel this account. Icon spins endlessly. After several attempts it finally will show that there are no accounts associated with my email address. Then, No matter how often I have tried the security code is not accepted. I'm sick of dealing with this! If there are no accounts associated with my email why am I paying for this?

I am being charged for something on the internet that I have been trying to cancel for two months. I try to go on the website and keep getting this. When I call the number given on my credit card statement, I get people who are so rude, they talk over me while I am trying to explain what is happening! I don't know where else to turn. If there is anyone reading this that can help me, I would appreciate it.

Why am I being charged? Did not sign up & can not find a phone # . If this is a legitimate business why is it so hard to contact them? There is even a site to help you cancel subscriptions for a fee.
