Collected payments for one Ocean Expeditions that is now failing to return deposits for cancelled cruises. Sounds like fraud to me.
Appears to be one of a number of shell companies owned and operated by William Trotter of Richmond Hill. Charges made on accounts for One Ocean Expedition but when I call the phone number on the receipt nobody seems to know who the boss is or how to get my money refunded.
