This is a alarm monitoring company. I called them to cancel my service and after taking my call, I was let to talk to somebody senior trying me to get service at new location which I didn't need for 3 months. They kept charging me monthly. After I noticed charges and called them. The rep confirmed me from notes that I called on a specific date to cancel my service and when I got frustrated why I am being charged for last 2 months, I was told that I will talk to CEO of the company which is kind of biggest lie that CEO is going to talk to everybody for $40 charge. If that is what CEO of this company does, God Bless all its customers. CEO told me that I had to give written notice and that previous charges wont be reversed. I just hung up and called my credit company and told all the details and got the charges reversed. They will have to provide audio recording to prove that they told me to get this cancelled. COMPLETE FRAUD COMPANY TRYING TO MAKE MONEY THROUGH FRAUD INSTEAD OF CEO TRYING TO COME UP WITH SOME GOOD IDEAS.
