I think the problem is this Burger King is in Weymouth Ma but the charge states Waltham Burger King. It is a legit charge as long as you are at the BK in Weymouth.
The charge says the restaurant is in Waltham, but it is actually in Weymouth. There may be a legitimate reason for this (ownership based in Waltham, someone typed or chose the incorrect town, stores are grouped be region, et cetera), but the entry would be less confusing, and less time-consuming if it accurately reflected the actual location.
