Skimmers use coke machines to test cloned cards - immediate results, unmanned and low enough value to not immediately arouse suspicion. Coca-Cola should put location information in the ID so it'd be easier to track fraudster's locations.

I just got a $1.50 Coca Cola Austin charge on my bank debit card. Will contact them today to initiate a scam investigation.

I got four transactions in the amount of two dollars and one transaction for the amount of $1.75 per push through on my card. I am mediately recognized and called the fraud department and had the car deactivated. I never go to the vending machine or drink soda. I’m thinking it might have been at a gas station right past sixth street off I-35 before riverside. There is a little Chevron and that is the only money that I spent that day was to get a bag of ice.

On the 21st of December, a charge was posted on my card for $0.62. The following day two charges of over $200 were posted at Dillards at the Domain. The ONLY place my card could have been stolen is at the 7-11 on Koenig and Airport Blvd as I was in there the morning of the 21st and some super shady black guy who was sitting in his car and came in to ring up my purchase.

This is the 2nd "attempt" on my deleted ATM Card from Coca Cola, Austin, TX for $3.60 @ 0348 this a.m. ... Sept. 20th, 2023. There was also an attempt to use my card at Walmart, Harker Heights, TX for $74.+ for gas. Can anyone see a pattern??
