i have no idea on my statement it ssys the place above took £13 off my card detsils and when i typed it into google it says card scamming
Initially, I had no idea what this was. But apparently, this is EasyJet, where I bought a drink on a plane.
That is your card processed by easyJet when you buy inflight services during your flight
almost reassuring, however, I've not been on a plane in over a month, and Im sure I did not make any purchases. Do Easyjet take a month to process payments?
Flew on 11th August and only now on 3rd September does it show as a debit ? Surely it cant take 3 weeks ?
I returned from Dalaman on 5th August and just been charged 2 seperate charges for £6 and £2?? I have checked mty bank statement and already the money has come out of my account for what I bought on board?
Noticed £5 payment on 3rd September from my account and I’m baffled! Flights back from Ibiza on 6th Aug and cannot remember buying anything on board.
I have contacted my bank as a charge appeared yesterday and is pending. Last flew 10th Aug.
I flew back from Guernsey to Southampton on 4/9/20 and £5.00 was taken from my account but didn’t spend anything, there are no food or drinks available on these trips due to Covid 19,so how can this happen?,please assist thanks
Easyjet purchase during flight home from turkey. No worries.
I have just seen two charges from Infligh Capability (what a name!). £8.00 and £5.00. Both relate to London-Belfast Easyjet flights. 2 mini bottles of wine and 1 bottle on the return trip. That was over a month ago. The charges were correct.
Travelled on flights with EasyJet on 12th & 19th Sep. Charges made GATE GROUP (Inflight capability GR GB) showing transaction date 12 Sep posted 15 Sep 2020 for £9.00 and £6.50 - probably correct. Charges with transaction date 19 Sep 2020 posted 21 Sep £6.00 correct. Charge with transaction date of 27 Sep posted 29 Sep 2020 for £18.00? This is very confusing to have a transaction date which is incorrect and an amount that I have no idea if this is correct or not but definitely not from my flight on 19 Sep 2020. RBS usual hopeless service with no option on the app to query this.
It is not trusted.
I flew EasyJet on September 31st, I had treated myself to some refreshments on board, then came a billing that looked absolutely strange dated 1st October(The dates were elusively wrongly detailed). It took me coming to this page to realise that it was the purchase I made while flying! I think it would have made more sense if EasyJet is reflected in the billings, order than just leaving people to go bunkers momentarily trying to figure out what had happened to their accounts in this time that digital thefts is a high probability.
Just returned to Edinburgh today. I did not buy anything on my hour long flight. Been charged £4.90 ..:(
Segnalerò questo pagamento perché ho acquistato in contanti sull'aereo della tap e questo addebito non è corretto
Who/how do we report this to? Easyjet or my bank. Only £2.00 charged but 2 months after I had travelled.
Flew with Easyjet February 4th 2022. Entry on statement March 1st for £5.80 when nothing purchased.
No problem, that's the amount of two coffees bought during the flight. It's just that seeing this charge on my bank statement, it was not very clear and I wondered where this charge came from. By reading some comments, I got my answer.
The cheeky TAP airline use a british agent to charge for inflight food. So even if you use a Portuguese credit or debit card (or any EU issuing bank) you will be charged an international transaction fee. Even on a totally EU to EU flight
