WATCH YOUR ACCOUNT!! I did make a legitimate purchase that was charged by IMS. Problem is, they charge my account EVERY month for the ONE-TIME $20 purchase I made! I've been fighting monthly $20 charges every month for a year now, ultimately leading to me to cancel my card and have a new one issued! Keep a watch on your accounts!!
I purchased Michigan renaissance admission tickets online from WDIV-TV click on Detroit real deal of the day. This is legitimate. I have purchased these tickets in previous years.
Reading other's comments, I did figure out what the IMS nimble commerce charge was on my credit card. I saw a charge for $10 and didn't recognize it. But after reading other's comments, I remembered that on a whim, we purchased a $20 gift certificate for $10 on a website such as groupon/sweet deals/rocket grab, etc. I don't remember which it was, some of our local news stations offer those kind of deals.
After reading the comments, I remembered that I did make an order for a $20 gift certificate on a groupon style page known as sweet deals. It was last minute so I didn't remember making that charge. Thanks!!
I bought a $10 coupon off of a local coupon site, similar to Groupon except local. I purchased the coupon, and then they emailed me the coupon to print out.
Turns out that they just collect payment for any internet company that will pay them for their service.
