I bought supposedly legit 2nd class stamps from UK Stamps Online. They are dud ( obviously) “when something is too good to be true etc…” They were supposedly bought back from companies who had overbought / collapsed etc. This Women’s Ready To Wear Clothes came up on my bank statement
