WTF........Placed and order .....a 1 month order for 2 products for $39 each.....SPRBALIFE and XPLODEWORKOUT. Been billed $150.72 and $124.99. Ya........tried to call a number with no answers. If transaction goes thru I will contact fraud squad.

Charge appeared on my cc bill for 9.95, followed by 2 separate charges of approximately $150.00 each. Never heard of the company and called my cc company. Scam for sure.

Ordered product courier trace said delivered 20th august.no product actually delivered.to go through the chain of couriers is hopeless,they couldn’t care less,they just pass me on to someone else.They will not divulge the name of the final courier who supposedly did the final drop off . Tracing is useless unless couriers cooperate.

Fake charges on card stolen credit card info never contacted this company ever before - 3 random charges in whatever amounts they could put through
Today I was charged $142.95 and $169.90 for 5 bottles of their product. I live in the Philippines. I called their # and was told that they do not ship there.
I paid for their product to be shipped to the Philippines but when I called them was told that they do not ship there but my credit card was charged for $143 and $169.
Backon Oct rd I ordered three ProstaGenix bottles, Something went wr ong on the first order and the State was shown as Alabama or Arkansas, cant recall which. The balance of theaddress would have been my name and street so it is likely you had the shipment returned as not deliverable. Unfortunately mycredit card was debited for $89.90 and I would like to have m,y card credited for this amount. I can bereached at robertblackshaw@comcast.net

Today 32/10/2023I received two deliveries from Prosta Genix in America which I have been charged two payments of £59.25, making a total of £118..50 I have no recollection of PLACING this order. I would like to cancel all further payments payable to Prosta Genix. I wish also to cancel any rolling order in my name allowing further consignments of Prosta Genix which I did not want or order to be sent to me and charged to me. I would also appreciate if you would email me details of how I am able to claim a refund for the two consignments of Prosta GENIXS I RECEIVED AND DID NOT WANT? terrypickford1@sky.com
