805-367-4239 just called our business. Caller ID came up as Tarco Industries. The young male caller did state that he was calling from Tarco Industries, but you could hear the boiler room filled with monkeys reading their scripts in the background. He was pushy and tried to play it off as if we had done business with them in the past. We've never even heard of these people and have never done business with them. When we informed him that we don't purchase air hoses here, he simply put the phone down and walked away. No goodbye, no thank you for your time, nothing. Just left the phone sitting there. Finally hung up and blocked the number. Very unprofessional. After looking them up online, it seems they have a slew of complaints against them for shipping out products without prior approval, then trying to bill various unidentified charges, then demanding that the receiver who didn't even approve the purchase to begin with pay the return shipping.
