They have take 4 different payments, $9.99, $1.52, $21.99 and another $1.52 for something I don''t remember doing.
If you see a charge to TN-TNPAY.COM on your statement, it is a "phone !$#" calling service. Someone used the service using your credit cars.

Some foreign dickbump (probably from India or some other !$^#hole_) tried to chorizo me today - be sure to frequently check your statements. Luckily, this was my saving grace as the transaction posted on 04/16 and happened to check my bank this evening and saw it there. Simple fix was request the bank reverse the charge (that was successful), cancel the card, and have the bank fed ex a new card to me. Problem solved.
Thats BS on the charge being for phone !$# as one commentator noted...besides, you have to be a stupid MF if you can't get something as simple as this stopped.
