This is total fraud. First they used it for 1.50 in Portland, followed by 35.00 to a shell station in portland. This was totally an act of fraud on my debit card.
1008 PBC Portland, is a soda pop vending machine owned by Pepsi Beverage Corporation. - These machines accept credit/debit cards. They typically are located in rest areas along interstate five. Rarely is their good video surveillance. It allows a thief to run the stolen credit card or counterfeit debit card to see if there is money on the card, or if the card works. - If your a victim of fraud, it will be common the thief checked the card to see if it was any good.
used my debit card to get a can of pepsi never got one
I can't believe how irresponsible the people are who put this system into place, the messaging on the charge is totally cryptic, just dispute the charge, whatever company this is needs to be harmed economically and held accountable for giving people heart attacks with their irresponsible product.
