This, for me, was payment of court cost sent to an attorney for collections. I can't remember the attorney name, but I think it was Lindbergh or something like that.
I called him paid off some tickets to get my license back and in collections agencies telling me the tickets never got paid and it's a totally different collections agency and the name on the charge was iolta Duval in San Antonio Texas and they took $243 and now I can't get my license
