No service ordered, despite always charged when traveling through the tunnel without any agreement or notification. Flagged as scam.
Have been charged £214.00 out of my account for this, tota lscam, my bank are dealing with this fraud at the moment,
In my case it was not a scam, I paid £227.00 for a round trip on Eurostar train (EUROTUNNEL) for a car with a pet. Bought this ticket online via official website.
Legitimate charge to change the date of travel on Eurotunnel whilst in France, amount was the difference between what we had already paid and the current cost to travel at that new time/date.

this is legitimate - the date in my case was the travel date - eventhough i rebooked the passage several days earlier online, for £25 and there is nothing in my bank statement besides this entry. The description could be a little clearer i guess.
