After a bit of research it seems that this is a scam, I too have been seeing payments been taken out in the last month or two! Call the bank and go from there

Today bank Called and they told me the Freerec.net has attempted to charge you several times so they had to block my card and I asked for a replacement. lucky their system alert on my visa charges.

My car was broken into about an hour ago and immediately the only charges that were made by the thieves on my credit card where to discharge so it must be a scam or in some form of shady because criminals have money off of my stolen credit card
