Google King purchases come from in app purchases you made or your kid made via your Google wallet or apple pay or whatever on game apps like Candy Crush, Soda Saga, etc. The name of the developer of those apps is "King". Refer to your Google Play Market or IOS app market. Add a password as strengthened security to avoid unwanted purchases and have it set to ask every time.
I just got charged and I haven't even been playing any games . Then I started looking and I have a bunch of changes this needs to stop
