I got charged for $3.99 for Google zhang liang. I don''t even know what or who this is.

I got a charge for 13.12 from Google Zhang Liang. I have No idea wtf this is and it's NOT authorized!

Ok so I have a theory, I get this charge as well but for a specific amount. So here is my theory, everyone on here that I read has said cash app, also that the name is google Zhang Liang. Google Zhang Liang is not a company it is a 3rd party description. 1. Desc. By cash app, 2. I am assuming you have used Google pay ( or someone who has used your phone. 3 I am assuming you have used free trial periods of one site or another if the charges are reoccurring at the same rate and you don't know what it is for then I think you or someone else signed up for a trial period using your saved google pay option, which if you do not activate security measures for google pay then anyone using your phone could actually charge your accounts for well almost anything. If your charges are more random and you did not make recent purchases then pretty much the same thing without the subscription part, but with the added possibility of you sold/lost/gave away your phone without taking appropriate measures. Ok, this is getting too long. Google Zhang Liang is not a company neither is google glu IMHO I think google is the method of payment ( google pay) and the rest is just a description for something that did not have a place of origin description. Remember if you use cash app through Google pay it is creating something like a broken trail between you and the company you are paying, and as always do research on internet security.

I got the charge from Google Zhang Liang, but my card was disabled so it was declined. I googled it and it said to just go to my Google app subscription services, and when I did I saw it was the exact amount I pay monthly for Discovery plus. I read someone saying they don't have a subscriptions to HBO max or whatever it was, but there could be a chance you got a free trial and forgot to cancel it. Or someone used your Google pay to get the subscription. Just go to the play store, hit the profile, and manage your subscriptions. You should see if there is anything charging and how long it's been charging. And then you can cancel it. I hope this helps.

It seems as though most of the comments have to do with Cash App if not all. So secure up your cash app accounts or better yet start a new one. But before you do that backup everything you want to save on your phone then hard reset your phone before you download cash app again. Also use a VPN at all times if possible. I tracked it down and for me it turned out my kid downloaded an app with hidden fees. It’s for a face swap app by NEOCORTEXT, INC. (that’s what the charge on my account was named as well.) & the app is called: “Reface: Face Swap video and memes with your photo” - so if you have any kids who play with your phone or your Google account watch out for that app and NEOCORTEXT,INC.

If you purchased a game and are using google play games, and you subscribed to diamonds, or any type of subscriptions without canceling on certain games and your cash app is linked to google play it will up as a purchase as the 3rd party got the particular game. I had issues as well. Discovered it was a game I had subscription too

My sister asked me about these charges as well 2 days ago because she saw her bank statement with the same charges and description. I logged in to her Google Account and looked at her Google Play order history. We are all aware that she has been playing games she downloaded on her mobile phone from the Google Play Store. Her order history said she purchased game packages, starter packs, value packs, etc. The games were Prala Bingo. Cash Frenzy, Winning Slots, Clash of Clans, Vegas Friend$, Heart Casino 2021, etc. GOOGLE *Zhang Liang g.co/helppay#gb is the merchant name of Cash Frenzy. If you decide to play this game and unconsciously or accidentally click on their promotional offers, that will be charged against your credit card saved in your Google Play account. I would advise to either stop playing or downloading these games on your mobiles or be consciously aware of the pop-ups that come up whilst playing to avoid reporting these charges as a scam.

Google Zhang Lang isn't a person, but an app company for games. You either downloaded a bad app or accepted a subscription that you forgot about. How to fix this: * Go to the Play Store * Click your picture/Icon in the upper right corner * Scroll down to payments/subscriptions *Click on subscriptions View and cancel the offending subscription.
