DBags got me for $460.03 yesterday. Luckily I caught it today and immediately called PayPal. The charges were still pending and PayPal had the funds back in my account in minutes. They also charged $374.00 at expedia same day. PayPal was awesome in helping me!!!!

This is Nordstrom Rack for sure. I ordered something online from Nordstrom Rack and immediately got text from credit card co to authorize the charge.

Yup, just got charged $2000 to this place. First they tried Best Buy, and then went to Nordstrom Rack.

Tried to charge $871.97 for me. Luckily Cap One flagged it as suspicious.

My bank notified me of suspicious activity on my card. I denied the activity so the charges never reached my account.

Can confirm that this is Nordstrom Rack online - the amount charged to this merchant and the date matches my receipt from Nordstrom Rack. Please also take a look at your receipt from Nordstrom Rack - it says "HAUTELOOK" at the top. Hautelook is another entity they own/operate under.

these people are thieves ,at midnight [ last night Saturday the 20th of may 2017 ] they tried to hammer my visa card for 600.00$ at some store in M.A. 1300 hundred miles away from me. visa stopped them . thank god. as I put a please call to verify any purchase over a set amount with the good people at visa. these thieves get your card # and instantly start using it. amazon, e-bay, pay pal and all other on line stores should already be aware of these frauds and reject any purchase by them automatically as this has been going on for years. visa rep told me they and other card companies have rejected over 10,000 charges by hautlk rack in last 2 years.

Donna Mack is correct If HAUTLK RACK appears on your CC it's for online purchases made from Nordstrom Rack. They bill under Haute Look Rack Shop. If you did not buy anything recently from Nordstrom ONLINE then your CC may have been used in a scam. If you HAVE purchased items from Nordstrom ONLINE recently, then that's the billing for said purchase.

My information was stolen from another bank a few months back and I decided to switch banks due to how it was being handled; so I have alerts set up to alert me of charges greater than $20. Did not make this purchase and the bank closed my card and is reissuing me another.

On September 29, 2018 A Totally fraud attempt to make several fraudulent purchases using my credit card was made at your store in the total amount of $ 2897.79. I was notified by my CC company and called immediately. The bank closed my card and is issuing me a new one.

(Close yet not the same) 29 Sept charged 159.81 to my card and then refunded same amount. Both are unauthorized transactions. 2 days later had 3 unauthorized charges on the card to: “Www.shein.com California CA” all these have been reported to bank who is issuing new card and reported for investigation and reimbursement.

These jerks took $1415 and then another $260.00 back to back in middle of night. Bank called me this am when my landlord showed up at bank and couldn’t cash the check. Have to wait until it clears pending status to file fraud charges and get my money back. I have bills that need to be paid by Friday as well. How are they still doing this after seeing reports of this going on as far back as 2015.

Tried to get $2345 with two different transactions at 9pm. Luckily, my bank stopped both before they hit the account. After two failed attempts, a third transaction for $568 was stopped by my bank. This one from a New Jersey location only minutes after the first two.

Hit card overnight and customer service fraud

My card was hit just now. Luckily only $5in acct so their 3 attempts were denied. I ll just leave card off till i get a new one. Hope someone catches these people!!!

I just woke up and saw that I had a text asking if I tried a $548.19 charge at HAUTLK RACK88854 on my card. I said NO, called up my bank and found that several attempts were made on my card, which triggered my bank to notify me. No idea how these people got my card. Glad my bank is on top of their game and always reaching out to me with suspicious activity.

They emptied out my account or basically did, left me with 19 dollars and 95 cents!!!!! report immediately. It isn't Nordstrom Rack..... even if they had a brand under Nordstrom it would still show their LLC not a random Merchant...... If anyone has purchased from Nordstrom you would know their name would show up.

There was a charge made out to HAUTLK RACK8885478 on 10/30/2018. This website is https://www.nordstromrack.com/ which is a clothing, makeup, and accessory website. I'm not sure if someone actually stole my credit card or one of their employees was smart enough to hack. Either way, I called my bank today and they said the transaction would have to go through in order to receive a refund of my money. After I receive the refund of $107 and $90, I should be in the clear. But honestly, DO NOT ORDER from this website. If unknown transactions are being made on other people's debt/credit card accounts, they could be stealing from their customers too! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY FOR THEY COULD BE SCAMMING YOU!!

This is an online scam company located in California called Nordstrom Rack. They are somehow getting your card info and attempting to make fraudulent charges. I just had them make an (declined) attempt to charge almost $600 to my credit card. If you see HAUTLK RACK or anything similar on any statement, notify your bank or credit card company and file a police report.

Same thing happened to us today. Tried to charge at dentist—rejected. Tried to charge for lunch—rejected. So we asked ourselves why and contacted our credit institution. They told us that we had suspicious activity on our card for $575.66 at HAULK Rack. Never did any business with HAUTLK Rack. So grateful for the security that our credit card company has that they caught this so quickly and stopped the usage of our card. Have no idea how this happened to us other than one of us was warned about a breach of info at Experian in Sep/Oct 2017.

I got charged $909.70 on 11-5-18 from HAULTLK RACK8885478438. Very strange they refunded $909.70 on same day. It was posted on my monthly credit card statement. I called the no.that was attached to this which is 888-547-8438 and they said they were an online store and I asked them if they could give me info. on a charge that was made so they give me another no. to call which was supposedly their billing dept. That no. was 888-680-5665. When I called that no. I asked that dept. If they could give me info. on a purchase made so they asked for the last 4 numbers of my card ( I didn't mind giving them the numbers because I already cancelled the cc account) They supposedly looked the purchase up and told me it was for 2 watches that was ordered online and that they realized it was fraudulent charges and that their fraudulent team caught it and cancelled the purchase. He told me he was limited as to what info. he could give me but did tell me that it was a purchase made from Louisiana supposedly. BEWARE THEY ARE FRAUDS!!!

Three attempts on My Discover card today 615, 420, 395. Discover. Are emailed me immediately canceled my account and sent me new cards with new account number overnight. Kudos to Discover card for their security and tenacity. But really how can this type of fraud continue by the same company and no legal action has been taken?

My wife bought a dress with our bank card. They charged nearly $20 to ship it for 2 week delivery. She should have stopped there, but oh well. Dress came and decent quality. 3 weeks later our bank was hit again for the exact same amount. I called the merchant and she answered quickly, located our purchase, then said she would credit us back after a brief hold. The hold was about 3 minutes and I immediately thought fraud. She came back on and said it will take 3-5 business days to credit. I was worried and hoped for the best. Sure enough, we received our credit 3 days later. I think they hope you will not notice the extra charge. We will not use them again, as it was suspicious. Now we need to watch our bank carefully to see what happens next.

We had a $120 charge appear on my husband's Amex listed as HAUTLK. I called Amex, they gave me the phone number to call, I called and was told this is a division of Nordstrom Rack ON-LINE. I called my hubby and confirmed he DID purchase from Nordstrom Rack online for the amount charged on the date and time the charges were posted to our account. To recap: this IS NORDSTROM RACK ONLINE.

This is clearly a valid company. I phoned Nordstroms Rack and they verified this. As well, their records indicated the same charge as the statement charge from Hautlk Rack as well as the same date. Upon further thought, I now remember what I had ordered online from Nordstroms rack.

Never heard of this store name or location, and certainly never bought anything from them. The phone number on my CC statement answered with a continuous stream of voicemail offers, so after five minutes I hung up. All indications are of a scam.

Bought clothes on Nordstrom Rack Online. Have an automatic text and email for every CC purchase. Can confirm that I purposely made a purchase on their website and it went through. If you or an authorized user didn't buy anything from them, then your credit card account has probably been compromised and you better call your bank now.

Same kind of charge (HAUTLK) for a bit over 700 bux on my cc...AND I also got a letter from my bank "thanking me for letting them know about my address change"!!..heck, we have lived in this house for over 23 yrs..not sure how those scumbags were able to persuade my bank to CHANGE my address as well...took over 4 days for my CC company to reverse the charges...be leery folks..check ur banking acts online every days, if possible!!!

Charged my card $132 last week then credited it the same day. Checking to see if its a valid #. Luckly my credit union froze the card right after this transaction. There were also 2 other vendors checking to see if it was a good #, they charge $0, or a couple bucks to see if it goes through. All caught up in fraud lock out. Hautlk Rack charge is for Nordstorm Rack.com charge. At least mine it is. But always verify that this is what you had been charged for the merchants you bought online through this website.

My HAUTLK RACK8885478438 charge was definitely Nordstrom Rack. The fact that some people people actually posted with part of the 888 number after their charge leads me to think that they reported legit charges as fraud.

HAUTLK RACK8885478438 was charged to my card, my back caught it and called me to cancel my card.

Made one purchase at a Nordstrom store with a debit card and a month later $1400 was drained out in two purchases to an account of “HAUT LK CA”. Phoned our bank immediately and they put a fraud investigation on it immediately. Also called Nordstrom who have been very helpful in tracking down where the purchase came from.

NavyArmy called me early Monday morning. Someone had charged 589.00 on my business account to Hautlk Rack and a couple of stores in NJ. Thank goodness they called me before they released the funds. A bit of a bother; however, I do have a new card now.

Please call your card issuer right away to close your account if you see a charge from these people. I have never shopped at Nordstrom or Nordstorm Rack, and a charge for $213 came through my card in the middle of the night last night. Thank goodness I check my balance every morning. Still no idea how these thieves actually obtained my card number, and now I cannot make any legitimate charges on my card until I get it replaced. No time for this nonsense.

Personally, I do not eat Pizza hut because I find it disgusting and as far as Nordstrom goes, way over priced fro junk they carry. I do not even live near the location where the charges were made. It was in the midwest and I live on the East Coast HELLO! I woke up this morning to an email from my credit card company that I had received a credit of $741. I checked my credit card account and sure enough, this place charged $741 to my card. Thank goodness I have fraud protection and my credit card company caught it, but this is crap! How is this company able to get away with all of these fraudulent charges that I am seeing on this site?? Contacting BBB.

Not a scam. Definitely Nordstroms Rack as others have said. I show a REFUND on my card under this name. Don't think a scammer would do that ;)
