My credit card company called me when TWO entries for HLPBILL.COM showed up on my Mastercard. I have NO IDEA what these two charges are. I told them so. They said that these are fraudulent charges and that they would immediately cancel my existing card and issue me a totally new one.
Unknown charge of $56.59 shows on credit card on 10/14. Request cancel and refund charge. Card number 552322 1834.
Just randomly showed up on my statement. When I contacted them, via their live chat, they had NO RECORD of an account with email address or first 6/last 4 of CC.
This is a scam. The website was marked by Norton as malicious. I in no way would use that service, and I am not even sure what the service is. My Bank declined the charge, but now I have to go through the pain of getting a new card.
