I was charged $19.98 by that scam hpd Vista CA.. on an old card that I don't have anymore..How do I get my money back?

I just checked my account today January 30th2019 I had a charge of $19.95. I have no idea what company this is! I am a disabled widow! I live off a fixed income! This might not seem like much to some but if I didn't have the money in the bank this would have bounced! I will file charges thru my bank! HPD Vista needs to be stopped!

I received a call from my bank this morning asking if I had made a charge of $19.95 to HPD. I told them I had not. My bank is refunding my money and giving me a new card. Someone needs to put a stop to these crooks. I do not have a lot of, money, I am disabled and living off of Social security. I am also a senior.

This company has some fine print that it's consumers are not reading or it is not available. I've done some research of my own. I found that I attempted to make a purchase of $.99 for several chicken wing receipes through Instagram the charge didn't go thru because it is a prepaid card the company didn't immediately charge so the money in the account was used some where else, so now I've noticed the company has 3 acronyms hpd, rmc, and mbm that keeps attempting to charge my card $19.95 as a reoccurring charge that I didn't agree to so please don't sign up for any digital recipes on the social media sites as the additional charges are fraudulent, just ask yourself if you committed to the charges weather it goes thru or not you usually get an email saying thank you for your payment or notifying you your payment declined.. in my case i have not received any notification at all.. the charges also come in at hours you are not awake to catch them... I've noticed the charges coming thru between 1 a.m. - 5 a.m.... be careful...

Hpd keeps trying to charge my cash card $19.95 they have attempted 3 times now. I’m just lucky I did not add more money to my card or they would have taken several by now. I have to cancel this card and order a new one.

They have tryed to charge my cash app card for 9.95 it's either the HPD or the mbm both out of Vista California call someone had put a number out there to call to cancel whatever subscription they say I was enrolled in which I don't know what it is I guess I'll have to keep watching it but if you do have money on a cash-up card you know you can disable your card and only turn it on when you need to use it and that's what I've been doing and the charges keep coming through but they're declined when I activate my card I only use it for what I need it for and then I turn it off again seems to work good luck everyone this is my second card

This was suppose to be a .99 cent cook book but they then charge you for the 19.99 for something else you never get . Do not order the .99 cent books .

I had noticed a charge for $9.95 on my account from HDP Vista CA having no idea what this company was or does I called my bank. They come up with a phone number for this company 866-350-8718. I looked at a cook book but never ordered book after finding out it would cost me $19.95 a month to receive this book subscription. I backed out of order and was still charged so be ware of this.

HPD is the recipe tour charge when you order a 99 cent e-book. It is not posted on there that there is a monthly charge. To cancel call HPD @ 702-749-4727 (US & Canada).

I bought a 99-cent ebook from these people. In the order confirm email, it tells you it's signing you up for a product called "Recipe Tour" and "Ecovaler". Cost of EACH is $19.95 per month. At the bottom of the email is this phone number for customer service: 702-718-6387 (Nevada area code). The greeting says "Thank you for calling customer care, press 1 for customer service" (no company name). I got a person pretty quickly. You can also submit an online form to cancel at their website, "bigkitchenebooks.com".

Been having $19.95 taken from my account for over eight months and I just found out that this is a SCAM. Something has to be done about this and soon too.

I too was charged $17.99 and I don't remember too well. So the banker asked me if I wanted to pay it and I said yes. Then requested another debit card.

I asked the bank to pay, so I guess I got taken.

If you’ve recently ordered a kdrama cookbook; please be aware that you are being charged 44.98 for it. So I would suggest calling: (702) 718-4617 (us and Canada) and add a 1 at the beginning for international to cancel the subscription.

Ordered a 99 cent recipe book. I am now receiving a monthly 17.99 charge.

I just discovered this charge $18.99 on my bank statement. Only thing I can think of what it is for is a .99 cent e recipe book. I will be calling my bank come morning to have a stop put on paying this, now and forever!!! Ridiculous why can’t these people be stopped since complaints go back to 2018 on them??????

I paid a small amount for an online Cooking for Dogs booklet, I did not subscribe to anything, and today they wanted to charge an undisclosed fee from my bank, thankfully I had updated my online card limits recently because of some other issue! I am friggin furious and I hope these ^$#!ers rot in hell!

There are various different "VISTA'S". On 16 April was the day I willingly paid 0.99USD for the "Cooking for Dogs" booklet download, without subscribing to anything further. The charge showed PVR VISTA. On 29 April USD19.95 was deducted from my bank account showing PVR VISTA, and I could do nothing but immediately change my online-limits on my mobile app, as I live far from my bank. Today I just got a message that HPD VISTA wanted to deduct (an undisclosed amount!!!), but could not due to not suffcient funds on my account. These scumbags are "taking it from the dead", and we can do nothing, but trust me there is a Living Fire who they will deal with in due time!
