On my July statement from Capital One, I have two charges: the first is Jul 5 and the second charge is for Jul 18. This is a scam and I am seeking to get my money back. The Jul 5th charge was for $23.35 and the second charge on Jul 18 was for $24.30. Are there consequences for the ones doing this?? I am 84 years of age and do not understand taking advantage of seniors.
