I bought a subscription for a month. - I never received a confirmation via e-mail. - I didn't receive a confirmation mail when I cancelled my subscription. - Next month I was informed that I had two more subscriptions going on. JVBILL charged my credit card. - So I contacted their customer support. They said, they would cancel these subscriptions. But I didn't get an email confirming this. - I claimed a refund for the two unwanted subscriptions. They told me, I had to wait for an email, informing me about their decision. Might take up to two days. - At this point I cancelled my credit card in order to limit the damage. Had to talk to a lady from the credit card company and explain here, what exactly JVBILL is and does and why on earth they know my credit card number.

They will deduct money from your card without authorisation. If you already filled your card information and bought things from them, you have to CANCEL your card right away to litmit the damage and ask the bank for a new card. Those things above was exactly. It's totally scam. It was automatically upgraded your member and charged money for that without any of your permission. Just one second after being deducted, i disputed to that straight away due to being charged in others site as well with the trap in term of use IF you didn't see or notice carefully. But just received very unrespectful, inprofessional and irresponsible responses from the live chat customer service. That was so horrible experience !.
