On March 4th 2016 I dropped off my Atlantic Broadband cable box equipment at Lee Ann Pharmacy. On March 24th Atlantic Broadband charged me 1050$ for supposedly never returning their equipment. When I noticed the charges a week later I called Atlantic Broadband and found out that Lee Ann Pharmacy went out of business 2 weeks ago. And because I did not keep my receipt I am stuck with this 1k Bill. Apparently Lee Ann Pharm did not send my equipment to Atlantic broadband, therefore stealing the equipment. I am going to small claims court to try to fight this charge, has this happened recently to anyone else?
