The costumer service is BS
This organization is trash. Computer failure, horrible customer service, limited testing facilities, test examiners are ignorant as ^$#! (animals would make better place holders), and trust me just like any other ^$#!ing business out there, they don't give a ^$#! about you, money is their only concern.
NTN is a total scam. I did well on the fireteam and it is absolutely a scheme to empty the pockets of hard working applicants looking for a career. The money goes to the national union, and they try to make departments implement it by offering jobs to their retired firefighters. Its so sad considering the fact that applicants just want to serve their city, but cant because they cant afford these absurd tests.
