My son is being treated for leukemia and I was under the impression this re-occurring charge was going towards an ER bill (he was diagnosed in the ER) to pay my portion of the bill towards Honor Health. This is NOT the payment arrangement (that has since been satisfied) I made with Honor Health. My insurance company has NO record of any medical charges and because of the leukemia, we've met the out of pocket max for both 2019 and 2020. I've tried calling the toll free number and held for over 2 hours for two days in a row. A representative does not pick up. I tried to create an account online and was unable to... I entered all the requested information correctly in order to log in online, but the site freezes up. I'll definitely follow up should I discover any legitimacy to the $700 + dollars that have have been deducted from account over the last 1.5 years. I feel like a complete idiot.
