Two transactions that are fake coins. Want a refund for these.
Want refunds for the two transactions that were made but coins were fake.
I paid for a multi game Nintendo system on April 17th..and this was the exact text I got after the money was taken out of my account.
I have a charge to my credit card under the name PayPal *Nanchangetr on March 23rd 2020. I have no idea what this charge is for. Would you or could you look into this for me. I am also going to send this information to PayPal?

These were crappy items that were ordered through facebook ads. I ordered a "Mother's Day special" item in early May that was a computer stand with 2-joint moveable legs that could be adjusted for various heights. There was a great video ad showing how simple it was to use. I JUST received on June 4th a computer stand with NO LEGS... it's literally a cheap plastic platform with a moveable arm and NO BASE LEG. It doesn't stand on anything. It's like it's missing the 1/3 of the product that would have made it functional. Trying to get a refund now, but there's no contact info and no receipt was ever sent. Disputing with Visa now.
I made a purchase on April 20, 2020 of 3D stainless steel puzzles for $127.49 as of 6/10/2020 I have not received the merchandise. I was sent a "tracking number" and when I attempted to use in several days later, there was no response. It seems a good likelihood of this being a scam. Will be requesting a refund from Paypal.
