This charge appeared on my Pay Pal Account, and also on my Chase Credit Card. I called to refute the purchase for $39.97 and those charges and was told that I had to pay this because it was a reoccurring charge where I had once subscribed to their magazine. I haven't subscribed to any magazine with my credit card or my Pay Pal account. ****BEWARE **** Watch out for a charge like this. 1000 fake charges like this amount to $40,000.00 a month for someone. A hell of a lot of money. PAY PAL and the credit card company doesn't want to work with you on this fake charge.
