I have 2 charges on my bank account for PayPal 1 is paypal truwokinc for $18.99 and a PayPal charge honkongyee for $5.64 i have no idea what those charges are call ed the bank 5 days ago cancelled my card still waiting for refund.
Do you have a paypal account? Have you challenged this in their resolution centre? Are the payments still pending? If not, have you raised a fraud case with your bank? A refund will not automatically be given by a bank unless one has been logged - although if you do have a paypal account, it becomes a dispute and can take upto 10 weeks to resolve
