Definitely not a scam. Peninsula Coastal Online is an entity that receives online payments for bills at Mills-Peninsula Hospitals and probably other medical suppliers. I was surprised to see the name on my credit card, but the two amounts match exactly the amounts I paid to Mills-Peninsula. They are kind of dumb not to include words in their name that indicate their purpose, like "medical" or "Mills-Peninsula," but nobody said medical institutions or financial institutions were really bright.
