Change your password immediately and report to PayPal via the the charge notice that came as and e-mail from your PayPal account

I never heard of these people, yet on 8/30/2023 I was hit with 3 charges totaling $96!

I have two different charges on my PayPal acct on Dec. 12th one for $23.00 and the 2nd is for $427.50
Io closed my PayPal account on the 23rd. The charges for primetimetr were made on the 21st of Nov. I am Disputing both charges.
I purchased Quick Charge Pro product & paid through PayPal, which is linked to my credit card. With every upgrade & extra item you buy, they bill each separately. So, I had 3 separate charges ($88+$36+$16) to PayPal, under North Star Media. However, on the credit card, the 3 charges come out as Prime Time Trends. Cords are extra--everything was extra, so I changed my mind BEFORE completing the purchase. At the end, I did not confirm or submit my order, but I got charged anyway. I immediately began to look for a way to cancel before shipping, but there was no option to cancel. I e-mailed them, but they did not respond for several days, until after the order was processed. E-mails came from Quick Charge Pro, but they didn't answer until after the package was shipped. The product did not do as advertised--charge cell phones @ warp speed. It cost me $10 to ship the package back, but it was worth it. Had I not opened the package and refused it, it would have been sent back at no cost to me, but it was left in my mailbox & I decided to test it. I finally had to dispute it via PayPal & managed to get a full refund with PayPal’s help.
I have two charges on my PayPal account totaling $131.87; turns out it is for a pair of Sonic Glow Brushes that I ordered via a TikTok ad. If you do impulse buys off ads like that, you might want to take a closer look.

I have no idea what this even is? It's on my PayPal account and says I have a balance of $196.96 remaining?
I found a $14.95 charge on my paypal account after purchasing several fire blankets on line. I contacted the company and was told I had signed up for an membership with them. I assured them I wanted no membership and they said they would cancel it. I also cancelled further paypal payments to them. We'll see what happens.

Suspicious charges on my paypal on Nov. 3, 2024 that I do not recognize three charges all on the same day. What can I do about it? Charges are for Northstar Media Inc as the merchant...Do know who this is.I have called Pay Pal, but was cut off after I finally got to a living person. Very disappointed in PayPal.
September 28, 2025. Charged thru Paypal
Three unauthorized charges claiming to be PayPal, but no money was paid to PayPal. Company claims to be Primetimetr. No such thing. Who stole my money? All with a date of 8/24/26 and the number I call, (855) 273-0489 is a pleasant-sounding female voice telling me to go to the website of where I made the purchase. Having made NO PURCHASE, I have no clue where to go. Charges of $20, $258.75 and $39.98. TOTAL: $318.73 Mad as hell over this violation.
My mistake. I still have no clue who PRIMETIMTR is, but they were evidently an agent for another place whose name did not appear on my statement. I wish companies would list their business names so we could remember the transaction instead of panicking, reporting them to our CC company, and having to get new cards, with new numbers, and would answer their phones, because if they say "go to the website" but we can't remember the product, we can't go there, and it will put a bad mark on their company!
