Change your password immediately and report to PayPal via the the charge notice that came as and e-mail from your PayPal account

I never heard of these people, yet on 8/30/2023 I was hit with 3 charges totaling $96!

I have two different charges on my PayPal acct on Dec. 12th one for $23.00 and the 2nd is for $427.50
Io closed my PayPal account on the 23rd. The charges for primetimetr were made on the 21st of Nov. I am Disputing both charges.
I purchased Quick Charge Pro product & paid through PayPal, which is linked to my credit card. With every upgrade & extra item you buy, they bill each separately. So, I had 3 separate charges ($88+$36+$16) to PayPal, under North Star Media. However, on the credit card, the 3 charges come out as Prime Time Trends. Cords are extra--everything was extra, so I changed my mind BEFORE completing the purchase. At the end, I did not confirm or submit my order, but I got charged anyway. I immediately began to look for a way to cancel before shipping, but there was no option to cancel. I e-mailed them, but they did not respond for several days, until after the order was processed. E-mails came from Quick Charge Pro, but they didn't answer until after the package was shipped. The product did not do as advertised--charge cell phones @ warp speed. It cost me $10 to ship the package back, but it was worth it. Had I not opened the package and refused it, it would have been sent back at no cost to me, but it was left in my mailbox & I decided to test it. I finally had to dispute it via PayPal & managed to get a full refund with PayPal’s help.
I have two charges on my PayPal account totaling $131.87; turns out it is for a pair of Sonic Glow Brushes that I ordered via a TikTok ad. If you do impulse buys off ads like that, you might want to take a closer look.

I have no idea what this even is? It's on my PayPal account and says I have a balance of $196.96 remaining?
I found a $14.95 charge on my paypal account after purchasing several fire blankets on line. I contacted the company and was told I had signed up for an membership with them. I assured them I wanted no membership and they said they would cancel it. I also cancelled further paypal payments to them. We'll see what happens.
