I have had this debit card charge taken for several years, at first odd months but now monthly, asked the bank and the reply was mumbo jumbo, been too busy to follow it up but now online banking shows me exactly who has been taking it.

PRODUCT SUPPORT AG was taken from your account. I have found this in my bank account and it was a insurance that I have purchased from PC Currys... I forgot about it because the first 2 months were for free. I will call them to cancel it.

saw this on my card and had no idea what it was.Found out from this site that it was insurance I had taken out with KNOWHOW part of Currys/PC World. So was ok but would be useful if they put a more meaningful name.

I set up an insurance payment at PC world some years ago to cover my iMac. I'm a bit worried now with the reports that it might be a spurious debiting of my account. Advice please. Don

This is Curry's device care plan. which they charge you after your first care plan expires with no warning. They refuse to cancel the payments if you cannot answer a prohibitive amount of security questions correctly (for me it was details on postcodes and my old phone number from 5 years ago - stuff I have since forgotten). They then promised to send me a letter to my new address which was never received. All this when I had the original transaction receipts saved. I have since raised a dispute from my bank. Never shopping at Curry's/PC World again. Scumbag organisation.
