I thought this was a fraudulent transaction as I used the petrol station but saw 2 pending amounts shown on my card app. I rang my CC company and they explained that the larger one (150 euros) is blocked on the card before I was able to access the pump. The second transaction was the actual charge. The 150 euros was reversed and not taken. My CC company explained that this is standard procedure with petrol pumps in Europe.
