Hi, i have been being charged $36.95 for the last couple months, i don't know what these changes are for, they don't have any contact information listed on my debit card, can someone please help me to get ahold of them so I can try and get them to give me my money back or at least have them to stop charging my card. On July 5th a debit card charge from your company in the amount of $44.95 appears on my statement. I don't know what your company is about, so I'm sure I didn't order it. Please issue a credit immediately and do not place any more charges on my account. Please acknowledge that you WILL / HAVE done so! cjmi48173@yahoo.com
I called this company by mistake because the number is so similar to the number i was initially trying to call. I inputted one digit wrong. But I asked to confirm if it was the people i was trying to contact at first and they said they were. This resulted in a $2.95 charge on my credit card, so i canceled my card and got a new one so that they don't charge my card anymore.
I called the number listed by thedemiurge on March 11th. Sure enough, the person who answered the phone immediately said "Am I speaking to (my name)?" I told him I had just seen the pending charge on my credit card and that I absolutely had not authorized it and did not want it. He then said it was being cancelled. I will follow up in a few days and tell you if that happened.
