I went to the bank to withdraw a reasonably small amount of cash to only discover my account was slightly overdrawn. I proceeded to ask the teller for a print out of my recent transactions to find close to $500 in the "pending" column. I called the number several times with no answer and visited the website after a quick online search of the company in question. I still have not heard back from the company and because of this false transaction i have to wait on a new bank card as well as access to my funds. smh
