I think think this was for my energy saving devices such as shower head with shut off, faucet flow diffusers, bladder for toilet tank & 2 LED light bulbs.
i believe this was for my energy savings kit which included shower head with shut off feature, 2 faucet diffusers, 1 toilet tank displacer and 2 LED lightbulbs.
This supplier furnished LED light bulbs from a promo by Arizona Power , APS in Phoenix, AZ/
It was for the PG&E "Simple Savings Kit" that including some useful items for energy and water conservation. My $11.00 kit included a low-flow showerhead, two LED light bulbs, a toilet tank water bag, two faucet aerators, and toilet leak detector tablets. I am currently using everything except the tablets. The toilet bag reduced my flushes from 4 to 3 gals. You could by the same stuff a Home Cheapo, but this was cheaper and convenient by mail order. Hope my comments help...
Saw this charge on my bill and didn't know what it related to, after investigation on Google, it turns out this company was an agent for my electric utility for a promotional offering to qualified utility customers to buy a Nest thermostat at about half price.
