We had two $1 transactions not taken and then $65 with no knowledge.
Woolworths mobile by the look of it.
Its Woolworths Mobile. I double checked by logging into my mobile carrier billing page.
Definitely Woolworths mobile prepaid. Would be less confusing if they would place (woolworths) beside the narration of Telco Bella Vista.
I have had four direct debits from Telco,Bella Vista - very suspicious. I have been withTelstra for years. Definitely a scam
Definitely Woolworths mobile (prepaid).
Yeah it’s gotta be a scam guys. I signed up to Woolworths mobile on a $20 plan 3 months ago and I’ve had exactly 3X$20 charges from the scamming scum bags. It couldn’t possible be the actual telco! Lock up your kids coz these scammers are coming for you (and maybe me)
Definitely is a scam. Had a $1.00 withdrawal after shopping at Woolworths then 4 $150 withdrawals that evening. Bank blocked the card.
First time I have seen this on my bank account, the same day I got scammed out of $490 so the scum got me for the phone call to me as well.
If W/Worths, then have em add their name to the transaction !!! Dickheads.
It's Woolworths Mobile Bella Vista, they automatically sign you up to Auto Recharge without your permission, hoping you'd be unsuspecting and thinking that you entered Auto Recharge in by mistake. Very deceptive practice and they make it hard to contact them by phone. Go figure. Must be a countervailing measure to draw profit from keeping selected prices during the early stages of the recession we're in. Woolworths is a juggernaught, they don't really care about some negative press. Either way, we'd all be back there shopping, trying to keep the food budget down.
Woolworths mobile auto payment, test debit of $1.
Definitely a scam. I’m with Telstra and have nothing to do with Woolworths mobile. Used credit card at Woolworths a couple of days earlier.
This is legit - it's just the normal service charge for Woolworths Mobile customers.
I ahve prepaid from woolies when the $20 was out for $10 for next 3 months I am still charged $20 month what a rip off thinking of changing to some one else.
This is legit - it's just the normal service charge for Woolworths Mobile customers.
Telco Bella Vista is Woolworths Mobile. When joining Woolworths Mobile a recharge is added to the account by the customer. As an initial payment as with other companies a $1 is applied but pending and not taken and then the initial payment is processed monthly thereafter.
It’s Woolworths mobile from my experience.
I have had Woolworths mobile for almost a year and they have been taking out $20 a month every month
Woolworths mobile when signing up Direct Debit it stats $1.00 will be taken out then refunded after first debit. Needed to set up if wanting to continue current plan that will no longer be offered to voucher purchases in Woolworths plan only available via Direct Debit from 26 Jul 23
I had $198 taken out of a new bank account that didn't have internet access, nor had I used the card for anything. It looks like someone is using the Woolies Mobile as a cover for a scam.
Recharged son's mobile one year plan with woolworths mobile, July 11, 2023. Paid the $170. Then another $170 charged the next day - but from my card not my husbands who paid the one the day before. How can they access our account like that?
Clearly a legitimate WW mobile recharge in my case as others have also stated. This submission is merely to shift the consensus away from suspicious
Very deceptive of woolworths to have auto recharge enabled by default. I bought one for overseas visitors visiting Australia for a couple of weeks and next thing you know after a month I'm out of pocket 30 dollars. And when i went to their website to disable auto-recharge, surprise surprise i get " We're unable to process your request right now. Please try again later!"
Bella Vista changed my account today
Had woolworths sim cards but never recharged now having multiple amounts taken from account.
