Someone got my credit card information and ordered flowers fraudulently. I contacted my bank who advised me to contact the flower company. I spoke with Tony who advised me to contact my bank because there is nothing they can do. They refuse to refund my money. Period. I had another charge on my account and they refunded my money. In the meantime, I've had to freezer my account, cancel my cards and will now have to purchase money orders to pay the bills that are automatic withdrawal. I am so upset i can't see straight. We are on a limited budget as it is and can't afford to lose $120.52. I'm very disappointed that TLF Flowershopping did not help me out and refund my money. I know I will never do business with them and will report this company to the Better Business Bureau. Guard your personal information very carefully. Because of this we won't eat this week. Thank you for nothing TLF Flowershopping. Really appreciate it
On April 3 I ordered flowers from a florist I understood to be in Ottawa. As I live in the same province as Ottawa, Ontario, you can imagine my surprised by being charged a US price and and a US exchange rate resulting in an additional cost of $60 Canadian. TLF is a ripoff for misleading me to believe they were in Ottawa. They not only ripped me off to the tune of $60 but also the legitimate Ottawa florists.
1/1/21 Charged this evening from TFL Flowershopping.com in Ladera ranch CA. Called bank and they are closing my account, issuing a new one and refunding the charge(s).
Yes they called me saying that the person who was delivering the flowers wanted more money. So I got suspicious and canceled my order and they said ma money would be back on my card and that was two weeks ago it was $121 haven't seen it yet
I discovered a charge on my credit card posted Dec 1, 21 in the amount of $129.59 which I did not recognized. The vendor was TLF FLOWERSHOPPING COM LADERA RANCH CA - A site I did not recognize. I do not have an email record of purchase and certainly did not purchase flowers from a US supplier. I have tried to reach the vendor however no luck - telehone response nil. I suspect fraud is involved.
Ordered a large bouquet of flowers for a friend. Cost over 80$. Picture shows 20 to 30 flowers. Recieved a bouquet of 5 flowers. When I complained, I was told that the picture had all flowers pulled to the front and the correct recipe had been used. ( whatever the hell that means) Luckily we used Discover card. Filed a complaint and they didn't even try to argue it. Got a full refund. Definitely some scamming going on
ordered tea cup w/flowers for daughter, she did not get them, called vender and have no record of purchase, charged $84.68.
