This shows up as NETPOINT NETWORK, My bank told me they tried to charge 260.00 dollars but the fraud department caught it but they still got through with a 13.48 charge. Its been disputed. I have no idea what twillio is, never heard of it before until just now.
Charge from Twilio Inc for $23 showing up on my bank account today. I've never even heard of this company and will be contacting my bank to dispute the charges.
