Had requested a copy of my marriage license and they said they would help me get it faster and they worked with the court house for a fee well I never sent the info in to finish the application because my phone jammed for some reason after they got the info they wanted so about a month later I noticed my credit card had been charged so I called the credit card company and told them that this had to be a mistake and got a new card and will be working to get the money back they never help me get any thing but took my money and I will be pressing charges
Received a charge for 46.50 on Jan 1 2025. I visited Milwaukee in June for a week with my family. We went to museums, the zoo, stayed at an Airbnb and I paid for a weekly parking permit. My first thought was that the parking permit auto-renewed at the beginning of the new year but it should not have. I reported the charge to my credit card company. I will be issued a new card and a credit while they conduct an investigation.
I woke up about 5a and had a 2 notifications saying my card was declined an hour ago. And I know I have payments set up on auto pay to come out automatically but I also know when I need to turn my card on the night before. I have every transaction on my calendar keep track so I won't forget. But this $10 charge was not on my calendar. It's so weird and I can't pinpoint exact where or who would be trying to charge my card. I just hope those 2x were their last time trying. I'll be keeping my card locked going forward and keep a close watch just in case they try to slip through the cracks and charge my card again.
