If you go to Sears Travel, they shop for your air tickets from these other travel agents. My experience with Sears in this regard was incomprehensible because Sears did not explain that this would happen & that my bank statement would reflect a name other than Sears. On first glance, it looked like a scam, but it's a Sears initiated transaction without my knowledge or consent. I found out Sears provided these other agents my bank information as well.
