I just spotted a bogus transaction on our Visacard statement. 18th January 2018 - £89.96 to Vue BSL London - this company does not appear to exist. This was 4 days after a legitimate payment to Vue (Cinemas) North Finchley for £22.00. I remember that I used a ticket machine at the cinema but didn't receive the usual receipt. In a hurry, so didn't worry about it. I wonder if - somehow - whoever is scamming under the name Vue BSL has got information about my card from this machine? It has been reported and now under investigation by Visacard. But the police should also be investigating this 'company'.
I currently have an unauthorised transaction investigation open with Barclays for Vue BSL - 31st July 2019 - £21.48.
No idea what this payment is on my statement
