Charged my bank account. No email saying part purched. Call many times finally got answer, person said " didnt you get a refund, cause whatehouse didnt have part, I'll call you tomorrow with part or refund". I have called several times left message, no return call, no redund, nothing. If this is not a scam, it's one of the worst business practices I've dealt with. Will call bank to reverse charges, after work, if I can't get ahold of, or no call back. BS, terrible company
