My gas bill payment did not reach my gas company for the month of April 2017. I have been trying since June of 2017 to clear this up and get a refund. I am still trying. There were 2 charges one LA and one TX one day apart. I finally got the refund for TX charge but the LA charge is still pending a response from Fsi Entergy Bill Matrix LA. Can anyone honest help?
