I just pay 22.46 € using my visa card in 21/01 to renew my Kaspersky anti virus and until today no money no service. The money was received by Kaspersky lab Nexway.
Money taken using my PayPal account. No other information so not happy about this transaction

I was told by Digital River that my subscription to Kaspersky Total Security had expired and I searched for the Kaspersky site which took me to Nexway. I paid £59.99 on my credit card for the service renewal but am still getting messages that say my service has ceased
