This is a billing for a medical care provider. Doesn't come up as the Dr. name, but as TPG/FHCE Edmond, OK and the date it was processed. The doctor we used was not in Edmond, OK but his phone number was a prefix that used to be associated with Edmond, OK prior to the number portability act. If you have doubt if this is legitmate, call the Dr. you saw and confirm it with his office staff.
I noticed a charge with this description in my debit card. Previous comments suggest a fee paid charged by a doctor office. Before reporting this charge as a scam, does anyone else having the same charge above could please mention which doctor, in Edmond, OK, they visited? Thank you.
