I am wondering about this charge as it was removed from my account yet I have yet to receive the merchandise is this a scam and if it is can I get my money back.
My 13 year old son purchased a gift card and the next day the card balance showed as zero. The website showed the following charge: 242661000053360 SQ *REBECA CHAVE SQ *REBECA CHAVEZ Carol Stream IL US When we put the card information into the prepaid gift balance website it showed that it was registered to a Rebeca Chavez. Called the number on the card to report the issue and they hung up on me twice. The first time it went to a survey and we hadn't spoken with anyone.
