This is definitely a scam / fraudulent charge. The identical amount appeared as a charge on my credit card in 2 successive months. On querying the charges with my bank they reverted 2 days later advising that the charges were fraudulent and they immediately reversed the charges.
Took me long time to find this in my records. Is a charge from Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC). I paid by Australia Post online my company annual return.
