Was suspicious at first but realized it was the old report I ordered, so all ok!
THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY IN THE HISTORY OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY TOOK ONE MONTH TO GET RESULTS BACK, EVERYTIME I CALLED THEY SAID SOMETHING DIFFERENT. SENT IN ON 11/1 DIDNT GET RESULTS BACK UNTIL 12/3. AFTER THEY SAID 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS, AND I NEEDED THIS FOR MY INSURANCE CLAIM. ONCE I GOT THE RESULTS THEY WERENT EVEN ACCURATE.
